I listened to Tony Robbins speak of the benefits of Cryotherapy in a podcast interview with Tim Ferris. This piqued my interest and I began searching Google for a local system to try out. I found Cryo Wellness off Far West Blvd and decided to try their intro Cryo Therapy and 1 hour massage. I am here to report that 2 or 3 minutes in -150 degrees feels as cold as you might imagine, but also interesting and satisfying at the same time. The customer service woman who also answered the phone talked me through the entire process. She has a calming friendly vibe about her that matches this sort of wellness profession perfectly. The 1 hour massage was great. The massage table was especially comfortable. I also tried the leg compression service they offer, which I really enjoyed. They have many different packages to select. I pre-paid for 8 hours of massage. Give this business a try, I'm sure you'll be thrilled.

We are in Austin for a month visiting from Chicago and signed up for a package of services with Cryo Wellness. The facility is very clean and the equipment looks modern. Brendan, their office manager is very knowledgeable. All of their staff is very friendly. I would strongly recommend this facility!

Always very friendly and helpful staff! Easy scheduling. Good pricing for their services. Clean & comfortable environment. We used the hyperbaric oxygen therapy for an injury with great recovery results. Would definitely recommend.
