Very clean , professional and friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff . During the process the staff walk you through the benefits and length of time for each service , they answer all of your questions and will stay with you. I have been going 4 times a week for almost 2 months and I absolutely love it! Not only do I feel better, have less aches and pains, my mental clarity and energy have improved tremendously!

My experience has been extremely wonderful and has helped me tremendously with getting me back to doing what I love to do; which is running. Cryotherapy of Wisconsin Appleton has also assisted my cross-country runners as it has given them fresh legs to race with. My top male runner who uses cryotherapy on a weekly basis has been the winner of two course meets, and the season is still in progress. After running a half marathon I had an injury to my left leg. I was in a lot of pain and had to take time off running. I started cryotherapy daily that following week and was able to run 16 miles pain free that weekend!!!!! I will continue to do cryotherapy frequently for recovery and prevention. I sleep better too. I love the staff and love how knowledgeable and caring they are to each person. They have helped me so much! So grateful to be back running and exercising again!!!!
