Crystal Air has been fantastic! They replaced our old HVAC ductwork, vents, and thermostat and now the entire house is balanced with even temperature and we are very comfortable. They also just installed a mini split in our sunroom today. There were some problems with how the drainage and electrical tubing was installed but Mike and Cisco were amazing and did extra work to change the layout of the pipes so that I was happy with the placement. All with kind words and smiles. They even volunteered to fix a faulty door lock before they left. I am delighted that we used Crystal Air for these projects and will continue to use them in the future for other projects and maintenance. Thank you!

We had four AC companies offer quotes. Got lucky with Crystal Air because they were not only the most professional, they also offered the best price. They did the work on time, wore masks the entire time, and cleaned up behind themselves. We will use them from now on to do the regular maintenance to keep the unit running well.

Mike and Cisco showed up on time and got right to work. They finished way ahead of schedule, were very polite and courteous. The installation looks great and my house is nice and cool again. Great company to work with, called to make sure my existing unit was hanging on while the new unit was shipping so we didnt go without cool air before we got the new unit.

These two individuals from this company are top notch for their expertise, professionalism, knowledge - and especially how neatly they cleaned up after the job was done. Nothing more aggravating than a contractor who leaves a mess for the owner to clean up. I couldn't be more pleased with these guys. I highly recommend Deland Shadd and Sysco Martinez. Seriously - they are that good. They went the extra mile and got a hard job done way beyond my expectations. Kudos to them for a job well done. They came out during a tropical storm and weren't phased at all to be working in the wind and rain. A real couple of A/C Samurais' for sure.
