Crystal Clean Duct Service cleaned my dryer vent from the outside in. A build up of dryer lint is a fire hazzard and often times, birds will get into the vent through the outside covering over the vent and build nests, which are also a fire hazzard. Crystal Clean Duct Service cleaned the vent out in about 15 minutes and showed me how much had accumulated. There was quite a bit in there. They did not find any nests, but if they did, they would have installed a cage over the vent to keep birds out. They vacuumed up the lint they removed with their shop vac, and did a very thorough job. They also made sure they could feel the heat from my dryer to make sure the vent was completely cleaned out. I am very satisfied with the job Crystal Clean Duct Service did.

Wonderful service! We had to reschedule on short notice and they were extremely accommodating. When the service date came they arrived on time after calling to confirm they were on their way. They were able to do the whole service from outside the house and wore masks for our face to face interactions. Excellent company and I’ve already recommended them to my family in the area!
The damper on our older furnace broke, so I reached out to Crystal Clean Duct Service, since they are part of the EE Wine legacy. Matt arrived on time, assessed the repair, and gave us a very fair estimate to build a new damper and then install it. He was back a week later, on time, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. He also installed our new thermostat, and even gave us a recommendation for a trim plate (the new thermostat is much smaller than the old one, and we don't have the original paint). The customer service at the office was also very good - friendly, with good communication. I HIGHLY recommend this company for anything related to HVAC!
