Definitely 5 stars. Not only are their products top notch but their Customer Service should be used as a model for other businesses. I was looking for clear boxes and checked out a few of the usual suspects, when I landed on Crystal Clear Bags Canada, I was about to do cartwheels. I ordered on a Monday and the Tuesday evening, I was receiving my order. Immaculately packaged and first rate in terms of quality.
Amazing customer service. It’s like shopping at Disney world for your business. Order and shipping is within 24-48hrs. When you phone in they have your account with name address pulled up already. They customize the size of backing boards you require at no extra charge. The customer service reps also look out for you and care about your order. They adjusted the size of bags I ordered and suggested a better fitting bag so my product would look nice and tighter. I’ve never experienced such amazing service in my life. The prices pretty fair and better than the multiple sights I researched. Thanks!
Great product. Bags are nice and sturdy and much stronger. Great for packaging and keeps the product neat and tidy. These guys will be my new go to company for packing supplies for my business. Highly recommend if you need packaging supplies.
