Do you hate the dentist?? Well I do, but Dr B rocks and always makes me feel comfortable. I have had a lot of intense work done by Dr B. He explains everything in terms I understand. He takes time answering all my questions. They always squeeze me in when I have an emergency. The office team is helpful too. Always willing to go the extra mile.

I was impressed with my first experience with DentalWorks, Crystal Lake (I had gone to DW Elgin for several years, but Crystal Lake is so much closer. Staff were very careful to follow COVID-safe routines. Stephanie, the hygienist/assistant who did the very thorough cleaning was friendly and answered all my questions clearly, and gave good advice about home care. My husband and I will definitely both go back!
