I can’t say enough about this company. The arm on our X-RAY unit broke last Monday. I called and left a message. A gentleman by the name of Guido called me back immediately. Remember we are all on lockdown. In our office we are only seeing emergency and post op patients. An employee who was scheduled to stay at home came in assembled the arm and Guido arranged for over night delivery. We were up and running the next day at 10.30AM. As my wife says: it’s not hard to be good when things are easy, but when times are tough, like they are now, that’s when you can tell the quality and character of a company. WELL DONE X-Cel
