Brad was our salesman for our new and first ever hot tub. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the options available to us. He was very helpful in helping us find the perfect tub, options and pricing for our needs. Brad was very honest about delivery delays brought on by COVID and kept us regularly updated as to the order status. We had worked with Brad 15 years earlier on the purchase of a pool and we were very happy with the installation and service we received with that pool. The delivery and installation of the hot tub was quick and professional. A thorough explanation of operation and care was given.

We ordered a Hot Spring Hot Tub (style name Sovereign) from Andy at Crystal Pools during the 2020 quarantine in May. Through no fault of theirs, it didn't arrive until late September. Those that delivered it, had our tub set up and running quickly first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, when we checked on the temperature later in the day, it wasn't rising. We called and they could only get the tech guy to come the next day. He came and found our problem, a faulty transformer. He replaced it that day, fixing our issue quickly. Though we had a large issue, it was fixed quickly. Crystal pools' customer service is impeccable and we will continue to utilize them for our pool and hot tub needs.

I recently had Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) install a True L pool. After reviewing and talking with other pool companies I decided to go with Crystal for a number of reasons. The first was my salesman Andrew Duty, he was always greeting me with a smile, was extremely knowledgeable and went through many iterations with me. He explained every step of the process both contractually and construction. Andrew was also invaluable in the permits process providing me with a complete package to give to my township. The second reason for Crystal Pools was their construction methods. I am an engineer and I was very impressed with how they detail their process in their catalog. The third reason was the employees and that it is a third generation business. All of the employees that worked on my pool were very friendly, willing to take the time to explain what they were doing and were excellent at their craft. To me this says a great deal about a company that keeps its employees for 20-40 years. I can honestly say I did not have any negative comments during the entire process, they were amazing and build a beautiful pool.
