I find Dr Sanzani and his staff to be top notch. You never feel rush by him and he is always very attentive to you. . The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

No one answers the phone, however the voice message says they are open Tues & Thurs after 6.30 pm. When I showed up at 6.30 pm, I was not allowed in as a posted sign says No entry without appointment. I left wondering how to book an appointment. There was No Option to book an appointment via internet. Their website also listed under Walk-In clinics in Strathmore. Very poor experience and yet I was Not able to see a doctor. Please update your web site and pls answer your phone. Someone did answer the phone the next day, and I did get an appointment to see the doc later that day.

It's ok for the doctor to ask questions but when you ask her questions she says that your interrogating her and decides she doesn't want to be your doctor. What kind of meet and great is that. Dont see Dr Al-Ajeel. Update: I was told that the office manager would contact me in regards to this event, it appears that the manager doesn't care about the long term patients of this office as I never did receive a call from her.
