It is unclear how this prefecture operates because it seems nobody is actually working. Impossible to reach by phone, and if they pick up they hang up on you immediately! The internet links do not work at all. Impossible to set up appointment either by phone or internet because nothing is working. What a disaster.

Don't come here unless is totally necessary. If you do... Get ready to be treated with little or non respect, long waiting hours and lack of efficiency. Not enough employees to attend all the people everyday so why not find a solution? They are tired and angry, why not being able to take an appointment by internet in order to schedule visitors? Good luck when you come here.
Unless there is absolute necessity don't come . Very rude staff if you can't speak french then you are doomed . No one will speak with you
It's a shame because I've been to some incredible places in France where people are extremely nice, courteous and welcome but this has been the worst experience, not in France but in any country. Extremely ineffective, disorganized and rude staff. All the 1 stars on here are absolutely true. I find it hard to blame them entirely because they probably aren't being paid or trained very well. Their management is hurting the otherwise good reputation of France. Very sad.
They don’t know what they are talking about, No one is speaking sense!! If you go there for information they will give you website to contact and the website doesn’t respond its a joke. But there are one or two desk that really have work hard and care for people’s time and money. Otherwise its just another Prefecture that government should be thinking about improving.
Not a single person in the whole facility speaks English. Not. One. Person. Only a place where foreigners get their visas and residency... yet not a single person speaks English. Not only that, they are VERY rude..... they kept pointing us back and forth between two buildings and refused to help us any further. I honestly never met such mean and useless people in my life
Extremely arrogant, staff there don’t respect foreigners at all, they don’t communicate willingly. It’s very normal that people wait 3h for nothing but only shouting from them to chase you home.
