I bought realme 7 (664) recently...initially they said the prize of the phone is 15000..so I am satisfied to buy it...later on they added extra warranty for that mobile worth 1400..and they said without taking that policy they won't give the phone ...the mobile itself has a 1 year warranty for all the accessories in it including the battery...then y u try to force us that extra warranty too....there is no need for that..so they made me to buy it for 16400 RS... I am not satisfied with it...because by spending 600 rupees above this cost I can buy (8128) variant.. I am unsatisfied with their service..please do check the prize with other shops before buying it in poorvika..and poorvika mobiles don't force customers to take that extra warranty too..
