They never delivered at the recipient address they keep the parcel with them and due to urgency we need to collect the same from office of them or from house of the courier boy, if they had no service area why they accepting while booking ...

The worst service ever. TCS has not delivered my parcel to the destination. Instead they have sent it back to the origin without even informing. Its 10 days and I am still struggling for my valuable parcel. Totally unprofessional people and approach. Suggest not to deal with them.
