There is good customer service, when a company emails you updates on the status of your order. Then, there is Outstanding Customer Service! Cue Anthony Racing, is a company with outstanding customer service. Apparently my 40 part order did not make the UPS truck for shipping. Instead of waiting till the next day to ship, Quincy decided to deliver the part personally. Approximately 6pm he called and spoke with my wife to inform me that he was on his way. I was able to contact him via the company phone directory and let him know that this wasn’t necessary. It could wait to be shipped the following day. Quincy instead stopped at a local UPS store and had my part shipped next day delivery. First off, this really isn’t done by many companies. Second, how many owners of a company would do this for a 40 part? The owner Quincy thought enough of this one customer that he did exactly that! I hope in the future to buy more parts for my E30 and E46 BMW from Cue Anthony. You will never find a better company to buy parts from. Never! Dan Gilkerson
