Incredibly disappointed. We have been a customer for years, but in the past year we have had more problems with getting our water delivered. Received a text on Monday that our water would be delivered on Wednesday. By Friday, we had called the local number multiple times with no response. We are out of water and there has been no delivery. This has sadly become the norm over that past year. We have always set our empty jugs out as they are used, to make sure we don't miss our chance as replacements. I normally do not write reviews, but feel compelled to warns others. As of today, we have stopped our automatic payments and have already contacted a new supplier. So disheartening as we had been with this company for at least a good 8 years or more.

Very disappointed! Continual billing errors each month and always given the excuse that it is a \data entry mistake\ be sure to check your bill as you may be continually overcharged!! Installation was not as promised. We purchased new equipment, yet we did not receive everything we purchased. We were given the excuse that we need to wait for the salt to \go down\ before they replace the salt container. I let them know that after 2 months of \data entry errors\ being overbilled, and my constantly having to call them to correct the billings that we no longer have faith and trust in them. I demanded they come out and install the equipment we originally paid for and was given the excuse that they are so busy that I would have to wait. NOT at all a good business practice. When a customer makes a purchase and does not get what they signed up for, that is Consumer Fraud. If anyone else has had similar issues, please contact Eric Schmitt at the Attorney General's office as he loves to prosecute consumer fraud cases. Apparently from reading others reviews on here I can see we are not alone in receiving inadequate service from this company. And yes, we too have had issues with not getting return phone calls. However, they always have an excuse...

Had their service for 11 years and never had a complaint. If you don't have a water softener things will go out on you continuously. If you don't have a water softener when you boil Your water it will bubble up. Also the water will taste bad. I loved Culligan but I am moving out of area.

I called 5 days ago to let them know we needed additional water because we had more staff in office and one of the bottles they dropped off leaked. Still have not had a callback. Placed a second call. Is there a competitor that we can use? Their service is poor.

Have been a customer for years, but recently their service has become a joke. I have made two different appointments to have my broken rental water softener replaced. They don't show up, or even call. When they do call they call my wife at work instead of me at home like they were told. Today is the third day I have taken off of work to try to make this happen. I should be the first stop of the day, nope not coming until this afternoon. Each appointment was made over a month in advance. I will be checking out other companies for this service. Culligan doesn't value my business anymore.
