Terrible place. Not clean smells like old dirty mop water, incompetent workers, on the phone half the time or turns wrong pump on, and the number 1 thing, asked years ago after the owner sold it if they were going to fix the parking lot and it hasn't changed so seeing as they don't have handicap parking and it's impossible for a wheelchair to even roll on it i have filed a claim with the ADA seeing as they have more than 4 parking spots they are required to have one. 2 stars? Cause they have back up generators and open 24 hours. But I stopped going since Feb 2020

They have the best biscuits around the area. They do seem to run out of some foods (sometimes bacon but everyday eggs) and dont really prepare more even if I come in at 7 a.m for breakfast every single day. The girls have been very polite up until recently and not quite sure why that's changed but it's made me feel unwelcomed and I guess I'll have to start going back to Jack's. The older ladies are always nice and polite and though I could understand if it was sporadic visits during the week but it's literally everyday that I come for breakfast and lunch. They have great coffee the best I've found in Cullman. Again though the attitudes have made my visits undesirable and I'll be going there less now. Another example has been when I get wings or chicken strips or even a hamburger they dont ask if I want condiments that generally go with the food but they will ask everyone around me if they want sauce or lettuce and tomato??? I am in Cullman for work purposes and when I found this place it was like a little hole from home and I fell in love but that has since deteriorated a bit and will be visiting less. :(

The biscuits are the best! However it seems they have a set amount they cook every morning and always run out early.My opinion is they should cook more as they already know they run out and have to turn away so many wanting breakfast. Also the lunch food items are cooked the fast way either in a microwave or a oven and would taste much better if ( for example) egg rolls , pizza sticks, tater wedges were deep fried not cooked in a microwave. Also maybe add more variety of lunch menu items. Just little things could use improvement but over all it is a great store and the owner will order things to sell in the store if a customer ask and it is in his power to do so.I had ask for a certain kind of liquid creamer and it is now sold there.
