I have recently had my Triumph Stag engine rebuilt by Blackline Classic Cars and I have to say they carried out a superb job on it. I took the Stag in to let them look at an oil leak from the Centre of the V8 and on diagnosis one of the head gaskets was leaking, the heads were sent for skimming and engine then reassembled using new parts where possible. The engine now runs superbly with no leaks. I highly recommend Blackline and I will be taking my Stag back there for any future work.

I bought my 1959 Buick with obvious older repairs to the wheel arches and the door bottoms and wanted to get the car back to steel. I found Blackline in an on line search and went over for a chat - luckily just 10 miles. Ben impressed me with his honesty and professionalism. The workshops were clean and well equipped. The range of exotica under restoration was epic. We agreed a budget which was very reasonable and the Buick went in for surgery. Large blobs of filler and old repairs, probably going back to the 1970s, were removed revealing large holes. Ben and his team painstakingly fabricated steel repairs and then resprayed the whole bottom half of the car. Meanwhile the seats came out for re-stitching where the seams had let go and a new set of carpets was fitted. She's now looking a million dollars and is all-steel for the first time in decades. The finish is great, the budget was kept to and I'm super-pleased. Ben is a delight to work with, understands what you need, delivers great quality, has an eye for detail and charges very reasonable rates. All round 5 star service. I'll not use anyone else for my classics. Thanks Ben.

I’ve had several vehicles done now at Blackline and the workmanship is superb! I have just picked up my Porsche Macan S which has had the paint work wet sanded back and a new top coat applied and the finish is exceptional. I highly recommend Blackline and wouldn’t hesitate using them again and would be happy to recommend them.

I was looking for a specialist to get some renovation work done on my Alfa which i've had 30 years. Ben at Blackline was able to sort parts to replace rusting ones and polish bodywork and remove dents . Also replacing windscreen which I had been told elsewhere was no longer available. Very happy with the professional work done and efficiency. Would recommend Blackline for your classic car.
