Will be calling the main corporate office the two guys that put in my washer, and dryer shut the door on my face just laughing away not answering any questions I had when they was done. Come to find out why they shut that door now they put the hot water tube on the cold side, the cold on the hot side! On purpose they tighten the hot water valve where a wrench can't get it loose, and the one tube line to the cold. Not very happy very upset!

We paid off our washer quite awhile ago. I think it's time for a living room update now The Customer Service provided was AMAZING & the story shared many times. When our washer malfunctioned, Aarons repaired it. When it happened a 2nd time, they repaired it again. But then the same malfunction happened a 3rd time. Yeap, Aarons once again to the rescue, but this time they replaced the washer with a new one. They said it may have been a factory issue on just that washer. Well, it was. It's been about 3 yrs now & I think it's time for some furniture. THANK YOU Aarons Happy Holidays To All
