Berkeley Springs Instruments Reviews | Rating 3 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Berkeley Springs Instruments is located in Cumberland, United States on 14901 Uhl Hwy SE. Berkeley Springs Instruments is rated 3 out of 5 in the category mechanical engineer in United States. Over 35 successful years, Berkeley Springs Instruments (BSI) has been designing, manufacturing, and installing: plant control rooms, industrial robotics, automation, neural networks software, and smart sensors for nuclear, industrial, pharmaceutical, and petroleum markets. BSI’s unique solutions include: in-service,robotic internal API 653 Inspection, external corrosion monitoring, Internal corrosion monitoring, data analytics, and other automated solutions. BSI is responsible for the development and manufacturing of the EAGLE ARRAY, an on-line, automated mechanical monitoring system that can be accessed from almost anywhere in the world via the internet or App. The Eagle Array is used for monitoring corrosion on high risk piping to help prevent failures and it's severe consequences. The Eagle Array may be applied wherever corrosion and material erosion monitoring is necessary. Operators of storage facilities, process units, transfer facilities – all handling a variety of products – can now monitor the integrity of their pipelines and tanks 24/7. The multiple-sensor array is non-intrusive, easily installed and networked to a gateway. The sensors within the array can work independently or as a group, through a private, encrypted Internet portal for an automated plant risk management system. BSI recently introduced and patented the OWL UT CP TEST STATION which monitors the effectiveness of cathodic protection and measures external corrosion rates of the structure under the impressed or sacrificial current system utilizing Ultrasound and a Corrosion Coupon. A perfect fit for: High Resistance Soils, Compressor Stations, Measuring AC Current Density & Voltage, Measuring DC Polarization & Current Density, and Evaluating Impressed Current System Performance (correlating ultrasound external corrosion rate and CP potentials).
