Worst company I've ever used. They are lazy and always leave trash behind, throw your trash cans all over the place and you literally can never get ahold of them when you try to call, poor service for being the most expensive one around this area

Unprofessional. Driver was writing me up for no reason and when I tried to talk to him it was nothing but attitude. Then he flips the route so he is picking up at 5:20am each day I guess to try and punish me. Then one day he rips a small freezer apart and leaves it all over my road. Call and complain and cannot even get the manager to take my call. Other staff tell me the driving had been doing this to other people
99 % on time at least same day pick up. Holidays always next workday. Crews are friendly and a heap of her when you need hep.
Who ever is driving truck 522198 near queen City Blvd needs a RAISE. I just watched this man at 4a.m. whip that BIG truck through the smallest parking lot keeping a EXCELLENT distance from all the parked cars. He managed to dump both dumpsters without incident and even got out to pick up trash that had fallen to the ground. They need to change these parking spots to give him more room to move around. Either way he did his job like a pro and then reversed out the lot like a boss. Kudos sir 5 star driver there.
I have always had dependable service through this company! Sue was extremely helpful with my temporary dumpster rental and Doris provided excellent customer service! Will continue my business with this company! Thanks so much ladies!
