We recently engaged CoolHeatComfort(CHC) to install a Garage heater in our large garage in Greely, Ontario. This required suspending the unit from a high ceiling with high precision to prevent any vibration. The work crew did an excellent job focussing on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship without any demand from us for constant oversight. The contract went very smoothly at an acceptable price without extras. We went through quite an ordeal with a major name competitor in the Ottawa area. They were about to rip us off big time with a catchy sales pitch and the devil in the details. Highly recommend, five stars are not enough. We recently had an issue without Hot Water tank...it stopped working. A guy who from another company didn’t fix the unit and I have been charged in full. My friend help me to contact CoolHeat Comfort Systems. They were quick to respond, very professional, super efficient, and very honest, they gave us a very reasonable price, not like the other guy, didn’t solve my problem and wanted me to buy a new one from them(my hot water heater is only 5 years old). I am glad I chose Coolheat, and would definitely recommend this company to friends. I will always use them in the future.
