Bought a cargo cover for a wj grand Cherokee. Decided to buy from here because pictures made it look to be in great shape, compared to ones on eBay that were dented and scratched. I figured it was worth paying the extra 30. Item I received had many dents and scratches. None of which were mentioned or shown in pictures. The one I received wasn’t even the one advertised. I know this because the same picture is still on website. Vary disappointed, will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a 91-01 cherokee a/c mounting bracket that showed pictures of a part in the model year range of 96-01. The part that was delivered was from 91-95. They wont allow me to return the part for exchange of the correct part or my money.
DJ easily has some of the best follow-up customer support I have ever experienced with buying car parts. The ladies who answer the phones are extremely polite, personable, and professional, and they go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. The first radio I received was a dud (they are 20 year old parts after all!) and they did not hesitate to ship me a new one immediately, no questions asked, no headaches. I always mentally prepare to do battle with situations like that, but I did not even have a chance, since the DJ ladies continually exceeded my expectations from the get-go. Buy with confidence!
After looking everywhere for a used bell housing for my Wrangler, DJ was one of two places in the country I could find one and they had the better price. Their estimated time for delivery was two weeks but it arrived within 5 days. Unfortunately I didn't notice the broken off starter bolt in the bell housing until the last thing to do was mount the starter. I would have had an all around great experience with Dead Jeep had they noticed it before shipping and either fixed the issue themselves or simply made a note of it so it could have been addressed as soon as it arrived. In their defense, I didn't notice it either until the last step of repair but I also assumed the part had been inspected before the sale.
