First I asked if I could have measurements for an item. She said sure, thanks for reaching us, then never got back to me with them. Weeks later I went ahead and purchased the item anyway, payment was accepted and a note stating that I would be notified when the item shipped. 10 days later still no shipping notification, I tried to reach Herbnwear by email, no response. This is the poorest service I have received from any online business to date.
