I did an accident last week, the accident reconstruction expert gave me 100% right. After taking the car to Cumberland the dbayeh branch, they gave me an estimate of 100000 LBP. I fixed the car for 180000 LBP so they had me paying. What a shame. Ali at the dbayeh branch is the worst estimater i have ever dealt with. I am taking this case to california's branch.

The most disgraceful insurance company ever..!!! Leaving patients stranded and waiting in a hospital while their agents find ways of not attending to any obligations. This company investigated ways of not paying for genuine patients who need hospital treatment and they do not commit to patients or customer service nor do they seek patients interests. Definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone who requires medical insurance. They will search for unjustifiable ways of claiming it was a pre existing and worm out of obligations to customers. Stay away from Cumberland... they are happy to see you leave or just take on customers who make no claims, God forbid you get a stomach ache as they will make you pay for everything and then decide if you are worthy of insurance and find a way of not paying. Quick to take your money and disregard any human rights. Shameful....!!!

By far the best car insurance in town. Especially the one in Kaslik facing the USEK university. Mr Tony Ajouz made our experience very lovely and fruitful. The cashier at the main office was less helpful and a bit very arrogant. So you want the best insurance, you go to Cumberland Kaslik and meet Mr Tony Ajouz.
