I first met Michael over 3 years ago when shopping for a home in Rhode Island. Being from New Jersey and not knowing a lot about the area, I had to rely on a Realtor to show me around. Mike has done a great job in helping me sell my house. He managed the entire process from posting to closing while I was away traveling, which really gave me peace of mind. My husband and I got connected with Mike through the Realtor app. To be honest we were a little hesitant to use an agent we didn’t know but after the experience with had with Mike we are so glad we did! We had a few issues with our bank making deadlines and Mike was there every step of the way to keep them in check and to keep the process moving forward. In addition, the home we purchased has solar panels and the company was very difficult to get in touch with. Mike made sure we made our close date by calling them for us and getting the info we needed (with a husband working an average of 50 hours a week and a toddler and a newborn at home, getting on the phone was sometime impossible). We are so grateful to Mike for helping us purchase our first home! I honestly don’t know if we would have made it to our close without him!
