I bought a new novo from them and it wasn’t charging I went back the next day and asked what the could do they switched it w another novo which was also faulty w the pod connection and charging . I went back and they told me it was fine and they were sorry. Had to go somewhere else to purchase and paid 12 cheaper to there to top it off.
