Time after time the staff at UPS goes the extra mile. I sent a package to Saco, Maine. It’s never been easier. She asked for my telephone number and my information appeared. No writing out a label. I showed her my phone and she copied the “send to” address. Done. Everything was made simple. My package arrived within two days. Thumbs up UPS. No more post office for me. Peggy Laplume

This UPS store helped me out in a jam and the staff gladly took 250 packages on a Saturday then the following Tuesday they took another 150 at the end of the day (530pm) and worked hard to get them all on the UPS truck at 6pm. By the way their staff was super nice and helpful
I’ve been going to this store for the past 8 months, the customer service is absolutely 5stars! Jen went above and beyond to ensure my visit there was easy, fast, and efficient! Will be doing all my business there!
I paid 100 dollars to have a part I needed for my truck next day to me I tracked the package a bunch of times new it was on time I took the day off to except the package so I could fix my truck so I can get to work right before they get to my house with it all of a sudden I get a email saying the address is incorrect that the part company sent the wrong address even though email from ups and the parts place all said the proper address so they decided to cancel the delivery without calling me even though they have my number also I talked to ups at 1pm today to fix it before it was to late he assured me he called the truck and fixed it that it would be at my house by 4pm today well guess what that came and went and the lady I called at 9pm says sorry nothing we can do it will get there when it gets there and they can’t refund me my hundred dollars that I payed so I could have my item next day because of covid was her reason why I can’t have my money back I can promise ups is gonna have one mad person on the phone tomorrow because now I get to take a Uber 75 miles each way to work if I can afford it and if not I’ll probably miss Christmas bonus for not making it in and if I do make it in I get to use my Christmas bonus on a Uber super unhappy I was beside myself when the lady was tell me they have the wrong address while she proceeded to tell me the right address over and over again sincerely a very unhappy customer right here
Very fast service once you get inside. The staff is friendly and helpful.
