This family owned business is nothing more than a sketchy scam. They charge you for the travel fee WHICH IS NEVER MENTIONNED WHEN ASKING FOR A QUOTE, charged customer for all breaks, take their time even if they are 3 making your bill as big as possible. Would highly not recommend.
Buyer beware. This company appears to have charged me for 100% of the breaks its employees took during my move. This fact was not communicated to me prior to the move. According to my friend and I's calculations, the movers took nearly 2 hours of breaks during my move. I emailed my concerns to the owner, but he never responded. The owner only responded to my concerns after I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. In his rebuttals, the owner seemed to blame 100% of my moving issues on external factors (the weather, the road conditions, the long walk from the apartment building to the moving truck, my unrealistic expectations, etc.). In his second rebuttal to my complaint, the owner seemed to accuse me of blackmail.
Manque de professionnalisme. Ne se sont jamais présentés à la date et heure convenues et ils n'ont pas retourner les appels. Une étoile s est trop.
