My package was suppose to be here 5 days ago. It is currently stuck at a ups facility literally an hour away from my house. It still says it’s in transit but it hasn’t moved. I’m most likely going to have to go to the facility itself and pick it up because I don’t think it’ll be delivered anytime soon.

Can this place actually deliver stuff to the right house? It’s every time with certain individuals. There are a few good apples that actually deliver to the right place, but the majority in my area are as productive as a bag of rocks.

If it were possible to give Zero stars I would. I took a day off work so that I could be home to receive this package and it never showed up. The Driver claimed that my 'address was wrong' so the package could not be delivered. That's an absolute lie because I was outside for several hours on the street working on my car during the time he 'attempted delivery'. A UPS truck never drove down my street. My street is 400 feet long and there are only three houses on the street that are all within 200 feet of each other and are clearly visible.
