Jace is an exceptional trainer. We have been working with him for 3 years now. His workout studio gives us the attention and privacy which is so important. In other places, I have found we were always competing for space and equipment with other trainers and members. Highly recommended!

I came to Circle Fit earlier last year because it has been years since i was in my best shape. Jace from circle fit assessed where i was at physically which included flexibility, cardio, my work capacity and we went from there. At circle fit I was given personal attention and worked on to strengthen my weaknesses fitness wise.
Circle Fit is very well established. The trainer Jace, is very knowledgeable on what exercises can help you to improve your strength, flexibility, and movement. You can tell that he is passionate about his job and is just as excited as you are to see results. Likewise, Jace is also a great personal trainer for basketball. Under him, I have learned and shown improvements that help me perform better on and off the court. He is very understanding in what you want to actually improve on. Therefore, I highly recommend joining Circle Fit!
This new fitness center is run by two excellent trainers who have established such a following as to enable them to start their own fitness center. People want to continue with them because of their dedication to personalized training needs, which are assessed as a partnership between the client and the trainer. Rather than the “cookie cutter” approach some trainers take, which can lead to poor progress or injury, Jace and Grace are high on customization. While the training center does not have the enormous variety of mechanized training machines (like FitLinx), these are not needed in this environment where free form is favored over mechanized movement. All of the movements to build on cardio or muscle are there, when applied appropriately through the equipment they have. I recommend this center for those who want the kind of dedication these trainers have towards helping people to meet their goals.

I’ve been working with Jace for over a year now. I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis resulting in limited movement. He helped me get back into it to improve my range of motion using stability exercises, unique cardio circuits and boxing! He’s able to tailor workouts that challenge me every week for efficient progress. I love the equipment used at this facility- TRX, resistance bands, sandbags, battle ropes, aqua training bag. All to help use major muscle groups and keep the muscles guessing. Highly recommend this studio for overall wellness and specific fitness health needs!!!

Grace and Jace are the founders of Circle fit specializing in personal fitness. They are both fantastic at what they do. They bring a fresh and creative approach to tailor the training to individual's needs. Every training session, I burn anywhere from 500 to 700 calories. The training sessions are based on both the overall goal and the day-to-day variations needed to keep the training interesting and effective. The Circle-fit boutique gym is very spacious and well equipped for personal training. I would highly recommend Circle Fit to anyone looking for health and fitness improvements.
Grace and Jace helped me realize the type of fitness and health goals I should set for myself to help me live a very functional lifestyle. Grace helped me realize the importance of building strength and flexibility through yoga and TRX. She pays attention to your movement and form and will correct you right away in order to help prevent injuries from happening. She’s a very honest person so don’t be afraid to be honest with her, too. She’s trying to learn your body and what works for you so the more she knows the better and faster the results. Yoga and TRX are not to be taken lightly and although they require very little equipment I’m more strong and flexible than I’ve ever been. Since I improved on my strength and flexibility I then applied it to my skills which brings me to my training sessions with Jace. I have a background in sports and dance and Jace helped me improve in those skills when I didn’t even think I needed to improve on it. Jace trained me through circuits and boxing. There are so much details you can work on to develop your skills rather then just shooting a ball or practicing a dance step. Through circuit training and boxing I was able to improve on my overall body movements from my arms to my hips and down to my feet. The unique drills force you to focus on how to move correctly and have better coordination.
