Just rude. I called the store to ask about the price of a wine because I noticed they charged me more last time than the online price. I was going to order more online, but then decided it might make sense to pick it up. I called him about that price discrepancy to see if I could pick it up for the same price, and then while we were on the phone, he literally changes the online price by a mere 3 and says he cannot give me the wine at that price. The last time I bought a wine here, the entire cork crumbled inside the bottle – I've never had that happen in all of my years of opening bottles of wine.
