Stayed in this community for a year. Had to move because of work change. Really well maintained. The houses are renovated and have very good construction. The lawn and pool and amenities are always in a clean condition. The leasing office people are warm and attentive to the resident's needs. Definitely recommend staying here.

I am going to moving in soon and the customer service here is insanely great! I am moving from out of CA during COVID-19, it's a bit of a hassle to choose an apartment and move. They always reply my email within 1 hour. Melanie here schedule a facetime tour with me, answered all my questions. (I had a lot of them) She even helped me collect my packages and put them into my apartment before my move- in date. Truly helpful stuff! My apartment has great view as well. I will keep update the review but it's been great so far!
Terrible living experience I have ever had. We lost a ton of money from the deposit. However, When she came to our apartment for inspection, she NEVER said that it would cost so many deposits. Only a tiny black scratch on the wall cost more than 200 dollars from the deposit. I thought it's normal for that cost me more than 200 dollars. However, when I moved in a new place, and I found Repairing the palm-size damage on the wall ONLY cost 50 dollars from deposit!
We have lived here 5.5 years and had to move out because of commute to my work. We have loved living here. The complex offers everything you need for a good quality living - reasonably priced, conveniently located, and very safe. The gym is better than the standard gyms most complexes offer. The management team led by Neda is amazing. She and her staff are extremely professional, prompt, and try to do the best they can. Neda is extremely prompt to take actions to fix things, communicate and what not. I had an issue in the midnight with my door, and Neda was there to help fix it. I have not seen a more dedicated landlord or a better person. I highly recommend forge homestead apartments for your living needs. As regards to moving out, the apartment complex is more than fair and reasonable with returning deposits. I got 70% of my deposit back after 5 years of living there and remaining was used for the cleanup which in my mind was very fair. Finally, we needed some info and help 9 months after move out - Guess what? Neda and her friendly staff were super responsive and helpful. Thank you!!!
I lived here for a year when I moved out to California to take a new job. Out of all the places that I visited, this was by far the best. It wasn't even shown to me by the relocation company due to not being owned by Prometheus, which I am extremely grateful for. My co-workers have had absolutely terrible experiences at Prometheus apartments, but the Forge Homestead staff are incredibly kind, easy to contact, and happy to help if you have any questions about or problems with your apartment. The amenities are also fantastic, and they do an awesome job of keeping the complex looking great. I had an amazing time living here and highly recommend it!
