The representative Randy is very nice and helped to repair my glasses without a charge. The inside setting is very nice. They have many different kinds of popular frames. I would recommend this store and will definitely come back again for my glasses needs.

Jennifer helped me tremendously! I love the glasses I picked out, and we worked together quickly. I just got my glasses yesterday. Her expertise really showed: She helped me find the best deals for my insurance and find really good options in the store. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer, the whole process went smoothly and kept up great communication. I also felt pretty safe with social distancing and safety measures in place.

First time getting my eyes checked and it was a very pleasant experience. A little nervous about all the new machine getting close to my eye, but it was very convenient. Had a consultation with Dr. Shih after all the tests. She was really thorough when explaining my results and very patient with me-answering all my questions.

My glass prescription was accepted in December and the representative told me due to high demand, it may take over a month to det the glasses the he will inform me when it is ready. Now it is March, I did not get any information about it. I called the store today and was told the glass was ready in January for pick up. They did not text me because the phone number on file was a home number. I was very surprised that they had the glass for more than a month and even not bother to give me a call. BTW, the phone number on file is my mobile number, and I have a different home phone number. This is really a poor service, and I am very disappointed about it.

Their eye exam was seamless but I had a terrible experience in ordering glasses from them. I got a call from them 2 weeks after ordering telling me that 'the frames were available' and told to come at a specific time to the store. On going to the shop I was told only the frames had been received from manufacturer and the process of fitting them with lenses had not even started. For context they had the exact same model in a different color available in the store so all the fitting could have been done at the time of order. I am now being asked to wait another 3 weeks to get the glasses. A total of minimum 5 weeks and 3 store visits to get a pair of glasses!

We bought a pair of prescription glasses 2 months back and one of the glasses got off the frame. We went for repairs today (2/14/2021). The customer service is pretty bad. We waited for 15 mins and then asked them how much time it would take for them to complete the repairs. The individual spoke very rudely. She said it can take anywhere from 5 mins to an hour and we better be patient if we want the service. Obviously we'd no choice this time. But we vow to never return to this place again.
