I had a great first visit with my physical therapist yesterday. I had attempted to do therapy with another group but found parking and traffic a hassle. Then I tried zooming physical therapy and that didn’t work for me. This felt comfortable and safe in my own home. The therapist could see some of my challenges by looking at my house and my garden, as well as my hilly streets. I am feeling very optimistic that this will work for me.
