I had a short but great experience living here. The community is new and well-maintained with great amenities (but no swimming pool). The best part is location, you have to come and feel it yourself. I'm also grateful for all the supports from Caroline - the manager. She understood and took care of my problems personally and professionally.

This review concerns Main Street Loft's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, where Santa Clara County was and remains a hotspot. I was a resident, but was so alarmed by how they responded that I broke my lease and moved out. On multiple occasions, I witnessed staff not wearing masks and blatantly disregarding social distancing. This was never followed up on. There were no efforts I witnessed to keep things additionally sanitized, and all staff were reluctant to answer questions about how they were responding to the pandemic. It's a nice location, but that doesn't make much of a difference when there's a pandemic going on--especially when the staff seem blasé and don't make any efforts to keep residents safe. If you care about not getting COVID-19 and remaining healthy, I would stay away from this apartment complex.

We just moved into Main St Cupertino 2 weeks back and the whole experience of signing lease agreement to moving in our furniture was very smooth. The leasing office manager Caroline helped us from the time we signed the lease until we settled in addressing all our concerns and questions in timely manner and getting things done quickly. We love the apartment and the community overall. We are glad we chose to move into Main St Cupertino. Caroline's customer service is awesome!!

Love everyone in the leasing office they are so kind and make notice that you are there and say hi every time. Such a friendly vibe and not to mention it is very clean place. I always look forward to coming here!
