Manu has been fantastic to work with. We listed two of our homes with her help over the past few years - one was listed three years back and the other was listed two months back. Both of those sold above the expected price within days of listing. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and the micro/macro real estate trends to guide you accurately regarding the timing and terms for the listing. She has a very pervasive reach into the realtor network and investor network which played a key role in getting multiple offers within 2 to 5 days of listing our homes.
