A quiet, beautiful community, located on De Anza of Cupertino enjoy the convenient life. leasing office is very good service for the future neighborhood. When we move in, everything is new and clean, this is so great for office manager Penny and Oscar, maintenance team.

I had read many negative reviews about this place before I moved in. I would never have rented here but for the fact that I had two school going children (one Middle and one High School) and needed to register them in the local school district with an address immediately. But to my surprise I loved being here. Terri, Tom and Oscar are all wonderful people doing their best to make this place livable. The apartments are old but I had full renovation done before I moved in with brand new stainless steel appliances, carpet, granite counters et all. My maintenance issues got sorted out immediately. There were some problems with the laundry room and general appearance of the complex but it was all bearable because of the other good things. My children had made many friends in the complex and used the swimming pool and also bonded outdoors at times without getting ticked off by the management as mentioned in some reviews. I had to break the lease but I was not penalized for that because I was lucky my apartment got snapped up on demand by the next tenants who moved in within a week of my moving out and I got my advance rent refunded. I had a terrific view from my balcony of green mountains and a sparkling lake. I had a wonderful time in this apartment complex. I think if we are good to everyone we get good things from everyone.

These apartments are pretty old. Good homes closer to all the schools. Or else it's not woorth the rents.

Can't beat the location for the kids schools or for the bigger kids schools and also companies of employment etc
