My comments are long overdue as my husband has been seeing Emily for 12 years so that says alot how satisfied we are w/Emily's services. My husband is a stroke survivor and his PT recommended Emily early on during his immediate recovery (one never totally recovers from a moderate stroke). Emily has been providing massage stimulation to his weak side and also guides him through various balance and stretch routines. I also provide routines from my husband's periodic PT visits and Emily tries to integrate them into her 2x wkly sessions. In addition, Emily also sends a note describing what routines she went through for each session...EACH session twice a week for umpteen years! There is not much more to say if it's not pretty obvious how happy we are and with her professionalism and expertise in her work.

More Mobility's Emily Onoshi does not provide a spa massage. Rather, she guides your body to repair itself. She’s got an astute knowledge of physiology and kinesiology and brings it to bear on those painful muscle, tendon and ligament injuries and aches to reduce the inflammation that causes pain. In the course of her bodywork, I've found my body realigning itself so that the pain I walked into her office complaining about is gone by that evening. Example: my right knee hurt (probably ACL) each time I walked upstairs. After Onoshi worked on that side of my body, my knee seemed to be tracking correctly. Why? No more pain. Onoshi is quite strong and her technique can be uncomfortable. But for me, totally worth it since my body feels in sync again within a day. Sometimes, the soreness from her work lasts a day. She's a unique practitioner who helps your body recover, recuperate and repair itself.
