Staff and Management at this location are awesome! I placed an order for delivery several days ahead of time. Day of delivery comes both Shipt and Uber failed to deliver. Staff went out of their way to delivery the balloon bouquet and party items to my home. This is my second time shopping at this location, first time I did order online, self pick up and had a great experience as well. I will continue to shop here in the future. Update: Balloons ordered almost a month ago a little deflated but still floating

Ordered 30 balloons from this location. The same day balloons looked pretty good, we used it for our daughter's BD. Second day all balloons were just gone, they were on the ground, non of them were floating and looked horrible. Waste of money.

Huge store!!! So many party items. Everything from 100s of balloons to candy to piñatas to just everything!

Huge store in Cupertino. Has a wide variety of choices of party items. Great place to shop for Halloween costumes. If you want balloons order ahead, otherwise you may have to wait a while. For this store, looks like they are short staffed. Generally customer service is good.
