We visited the UPS store almost a few minutes before the close of business to ship couple of packages. We were sending such packages for the first time with UPS and the associate, Ms. Erica Steen and her colleague, Ms. Shahnaaz Kaur were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process with cheerful attitude. We are thankful to them for providing an efficient service and pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. Will definitely look forward to visiting this location again for our shipping needs.

Very rude service. I had to return a package for a service company and used their return box but did not close the lid thinking UPS may want to make sure the items are there. The lady at the store lectured me for not taping and all she had to do was run the tape gun once over the package. They are a service shop and help customers instead of lecturing them. At FedEx and USPS they are glad to help out. I will never step foot again in this lousy store.

I had to drop off 2 Amazon packages for return here- one of them had the option to take the item as is without packing, the other one had to be packed before and a label printed and attached. Due to COVID, I didn't have an easy access to a printer so I thought I'll just take it to the store and they might help in printing out a label for this to return to Amazon. There was a young lady who just refused to print the label and said it would cost 2 to print it! The same item had an option to do a UPS pickup for free which seemed more work for UPS than just printing a label and sticking it on the already packed box. Guess the reviews of this store are accurate, the staff is not helpful.
