Reading through these reviews is like a replay of my experience. Same lady. Same Car Wash Malfunction. Same Yelling. The car wash was basically shut down for 5 minutes with me in it before I drove out, I tried calling three times and got no answer, and somehow it was MY fault. The customer experience was embarrassingly bad. If this is the brand standard for Valero, I'm done with the brand. If it's not the brand standard, Valero needs to revoke this franchise.

Please do not use this car wash. The quality is nit so great and when you need to pay you need the exact change otherwise the machine and surprisingly the staff will not give back your change back.

This is a very good gas station. Even though out here in the west coast the prices are a little bit up. So be it. I was able to get in and out quickly and everything look clean

Do not get air here. The machine doesn't have enough time to pump all your tires. And i was pumping the entire time, nonstop,and the machine stopped on my third tire. They charge you 1.50 when chevron across the street is free. The guy also doesn't have change so I couldn't freaking finish pumping. Screw this place

I was using the services of the post, and the vacuum did not work properly, I was talking to the attendant, she was super bad and ignorant, said she could do nothing and the problem was mine! I ended up letting my two dollars in the machine and leaves without vacuuming my car. I don't recommend...
