Botanical Bastard

Lots of variety from common to rare. Prices seem more reasonable than they used too as well. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. A definite stop on any plant lovers list.

It was a very nice nursery! We drove over an hour and a half just to come here. A larger variety of plants and plenty of supplies for your needs. Their Bonsai supply section was unfortunately very limited. No lower budget tools or kits and virtually no wire. That was my purpose for visiting so that was disappointing (minus 1 star). They did have a nice variety of species to use for starters. They had a great selection of succulents as well. I will be coming back again.

A great local nursery, even if they are a little more expensive. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. Most of the questions we have get good answers. We find that the herbs and veggies are fresher here than summer winds. The nursery is really well arranged, beautiful even. It is a one stop shop for all your needs.

I saw the 4.6 stars and went here, the collection was very limited, and all over the place. However the worse thing was that people were unhelpful and rude. I asked them about bonsai and some primary information about it, but they did not even have a single sentence to share with me, but patched me to buy a book at 10, which you can get from Amazon for 5. There were hardly any people in the nursery but all of the staff was busy showing off how \busy bees\ they are. Do not waste your time, go at a place with nicer, helpful people and much better collection of floras!

Yamagami's is my favorite nursery. They've been in business a long time, but they have adapted well to change. They have good selection and very helpful staff.
