I have visited numerous times in the past month looking for Christmas gifts. Each visit there are boxes and pallets of new stock, fantastic! BUT Staff are way too busy unpacking to offer any assistance to customers, so new stock and existing stock goes undiscovered by customers. This can happen at 9.00am, middle of the day, or afternoon. This store is a serious accident waiting to happen. It seems the Maroochydore store does not have any risk management policies in place. Cant restocking be done afterhours?????

Order a glitter/lava lamp, gave my details and said its for my son's birthday. All written down by shop in a book. Rang over a week later, told its not ordered, we don't write anything down, its computerised. Not ordered. But i can buy something else similar for double the money! Disappointed son. Annoyed mother. This store is a SHAMBLES.
