Had an issue with a purchase that had been cancelled without communication. The area manager was extremely helpful and professional fixed the issue straight away. Even in this stressful time for the company they made sure that the customer was happy. Definitely need to support this business a lot more. It would be a shame if we weren't able to shop from this company

Drove out of my way to pick up an online order. Their website stated that the store closed at 17:30, arrived at 16:55 to find the store closed. Called and was told they couldn't help me and they weren't certain my order was there even though they had called me to advise it was ready for pick up. Highly frustrating.

I was just in the shellharbour store and infront of me was a very unreasonable customer, arguing with staff, inturrupting what they were trying to explain to her and holding sales for everyone else in the line. Your staff were very curtious and professional and handled the situation very well. It reflects well on the company when staff are plesent and approachelable. It was also miday during boxing day sales. So good job!
