I had a gift card to use up and the wonderful Caitie from the Highpoint store helped me out over the phone as I was in another state without access to a store. She was very friendly and made some suggestions for me when items I requested had been sold out. When I was having no joy with customer support online, it was a relief to have a pleasant outcome from someone who clearly takes customer service seriously. I hope the administration woes that are plaguing the owners are sorted out with a successful sale so good people can keep their jobs. Thanks again Caitie :)
