Australian Geographic is a fabulous store for so many educational toys and products. But the customer service I received at this store is definitely extremely poor. Instead of being greeted I was met with a staff member who said "are you right?" she then stood there and stacked the books while I was trying to browse them. She knew I was there and yet stood in our way. Techno music blasting in the store, staff member was very unfriendly. Chipped nail polish, rude attitude. NOT a good image for the company. I actually had to call her over to the counter to pay for our items.

Has lots of those kids toys that seem really cool looking at the packaging and things but then just turn out to be so disappointing - be wary of these. Has some good books, games etc.
