GOOD PLACE TO GET THOSE EDUCATIONAL GIFTS FOR KIDS Australian Geographic has quite a range of scientific, geographic and nature-themed items that are largely pitched at kids. You can find something for most ages and price ranges. Stuff for grown up kids too :) Nice to be able to get presents that don't need screen time :)

Fabulous little place to shop for unique gifts. With the proliferation of gaming and tech, it's become a small challenge to give gifts that do not bind kids to a screen of some kind. The range here beautifully combines learning with fun. Absolutely worth considering when you're shopping for kids.

I love Aus Geographic. It's got the best widgets and gift toys I've found around shopping in Australia. My kids always have something to learn when I pick a gift from here. The stores are also clean ans the staff are friendly, well trained, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here.

We placed an order one month ago with your business and still haven't received the item. We have received no notification or update on the order since it was placed. Today I waited for 15 mins on hold to your 'customer service' centre only to be told that the reason that you haven't shipped our order is because you were moving warehouse. This would have been something fairly simple to communicate to your customers, but you made no attempt to advise me or post this on your website at the time of order. It would have also been simple to respond to my TWO emails that I sent to you querying where my order was at. You ignored both of them. Then on the phone today when you finally answered, you advised me that I could go into your store and pick this up - even though I have paid for shipping. This was a birthday present for a family member and the birthday has now well and truly past. I requested a refund, as we were forced to find an alternative present. But your staff member declined to give me a refund and also declined to tell me when my item would be received (if ever!). I believe that you have no intention whatsoever of sending me my item, so I am lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs, as I believe a month is long enough to wait to receive an item and two emails is more than enough effort on my part to follow up the order. I will also be lodging a dispute with my credit card company to seek a refund, since your customer service team aren't willing to do this.
