I had an emergency with my hot water heater on a Sunday. I called Curtis Total Service for advice and guidance. I spoke with Michael F (on call plumber) and he was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reliable person. He arrived at my home within 1 hour of the call that was placed. He had all the supplies that were needed to remove and install a new hot water heater. He explained everything he did and the reason it was being done. He covered the floors to protect them from getting dirty and he cleaned the areas where he did work. There was a minor problem with the new hot water. I contacted Curtis Total Service main office and Michael F once again responded within minutes and provided me the information I needed to resolve the problem with the hot water heater. He contacted the people that needed to contact me to set up an appointment for a repair. I definitely recommend Curtis Total Service and Michael F for a plumber. Walked me through step by step gave me plenty of options choices made me feel like I had to say and I was just as important in the decision-making that I was not just helpless. If there were 10 Stars they would get the 10 Stars they are one hundred percent trustworthy, honest and truly care about their customers you cannot ask for any more than that from a company. While doing a routine maintenance, Curtis techs pointed out a number of problems with the heating and air conditioning units. The previous owners had not maintained the units properly. They gave me options and recommendations. We ended up replacing the whole system. Everyone involved with the process were great to work with. They were on time. They answered every question I had. We know they will back up their work. Our service contract with them leaves us confident that they have our backs.

I recently found myself without heat on a very chilly January day. One quick phone call to Curtis and Charles sent a team to my home that same day. Matt and Nick were quick but thorough and walked me through all of my options and I decided it was in my best interest to replace two furnaces and one AC in my home. The installation team, led by Will McNally, arrived promptly the next morning and completed their work efficiently without any disturbance to my day to day routine. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I felt comfortable working with them and trusted that I was in good hands. Highly recommend this company.
