They need to remember that they are providing a service because they are a business. Tried to get a simple safety recall taken care of on my RV and was told the next available appointment was May 28 (Memorial Day). I was always under the impression that businesses were around to make money, I guess they make so much they don’t need my business or anyone else for that matter. Do yourself a favor when looking up an RV service don’t bother calling these guys. I will never call their phone number again and intend on telling everyone I know To not call them either.
