Excellent customer service. Andrea who helped me gave us undivided attention and made the process very easy. Shopping for new frames with two kids is not always the easiest. Andrea quickly figured out what my kids liked and selected frames that they liked immediately. She was even able to get my exam done as well. While in my exam she selected frames she thought I would like and she was right. Overall her attention to detail made a dreaded trip with my kids pleasant and efficient!

The new young man there who helped me was amazing. Great, courteous, quick, service. He made this an awesome experience and didn’t push anything on me And was ok with my decision which was something new for me I really appreciated that. The young lady was wonderful with my 12 yr old when she went in for glasses, Very Glad they have friendly people running the counter now both young workers were great. I wish I remembered their names I just know he was a younger gentlemen and he was new- the young lady I believe has helped us before. So easy to make an appointment the younger gentleman also helped me make the appointment for my daughter when I called, he was prompt and very courteous . Thank you very much. We will be back for sure! We found our forever eyeglass place!

Had my New patient exam here yesterday, I have to say everyone was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. All employees went above and beyond to help me through the process from new patient intake to exam and making a selection. I was not rushed nor made to feel as if I were holding them up and trust me I looked at A LOT of there wide selection of frames. All frames were beautiful and I was able to pick exactly what I was looking for! The ophthalmologist was wonderful, as well. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Answered all questions I had and made sure I was fully understanding what he was explaining. Also with these challenging times we are all going through I must mention how clean and how safe I felt. It is obvious they have come up with a great plan toward keeping a safe socially distant process, and they executed it perfectly! I highly recommend Custom Eyes to all!

Today was my first time here as a new patient. The gentleman that work here are absolutely phenomenal. They went over everything in detail with coverage and lenses. Very educated. The doctor was also very nice explained my prescription to me in detail, which no place I’ve gone to has done before. I’m walking away with 2 new pairs of glasses and a very happy customer. Will definitely be returning here for my further exams and glasses.

They were amazing. They took their time with me and helped me make a decision on what looks best on me. They gave me several tries with contacts till I found the perfect type that didn’t hurt my eyes.

"I'm not going to hold the appointment for you because I'm not going to get paid" what the doctor told me (a potential new client) over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. His office accepts my insurance, but I was explaining my benefits/coverage to him, which I verified with the company right before calling his office. He proceeded to speak over me, insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about, and said that I had to pay out of pocket if I wanted the appointment -despite being elligible for full coverage. The most unprofessional and unpleasant experiences that I've had with a health care professional. Don't make an appointment here unless you enjoy being spoken to like you're incompetent.
