After printing a sample at home of what I needed for a project and had verification everything was the right size. I sent the same file over to Quality Copy for color copies. I went to pick-up the finished project (and they closed before 5 pm), so came back to pick up my order, but the project came out like at 30% smaller! I have never had this happen before. The person in charge had no explanation what happened. When I got home to see what I sent, I called back explained I just printed it off another sample from the same file at home and it was fine and filled the page, so what happened? Her excuse their machines are new and must of converted the file? She refused to do an exchange reprint or return my money, because I didn't send it as a pdf. WOW - Most places would of at least offered an exchange reprint for something that was under 20 copies. So they must be desperate to hang onto the all mighty dollar vs. have satisfied customers! Very poor customer service performance. The other regime of people always took care of their customers, this one looks like they could care less. Also the current hours are inconvenient they don't open until 9 am and most the time are closed before 5 pm. Social media does wonders in spreading good and bad reviews!
